Donors may request a refund within 10 days of the donation date, provided they submit valid proof for the claim.
If a donation has been allocated to a specific project and the project has been implemented within 10 days, a refund will not be issued.
Refund requests for Qurbani donations must be made at least 7 days before the event. No refunds will be granted within 6 days of Qurbani.
